Diane received training at the Center for Right Relationships in a groundbreaking model formulated by two psychologists called the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching program.  The program provided her with solid tools for coaching relational growth for individuals, couples, partnerships, corporate leaders and teams.  In addition, she provides seminars, workshops and brown bag presentations.

Staff Coaching is a great tool in team building between senior stylist and new young ones. It puts everyone on the same playing field. Diane gave workshops on communication, attitude, self evaluation and being accountable for one own actions.  Goal setting is another huge priority with my staff. Coaching teaches staff members how to set goals, and then breaks them down to achievable steps. Coaching also brings out everyone individual strengths and allows everyone to see that they all have something to add to the team regardless of there years of experience.  We did some great acknowledgement exercises that built a real team spirit and enhanced relationships with one another not to mention elevated each person’s sense of worth and uniqueness.
