What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is companioning
someone in attending to God's presence and movement in their
life and vocational calling.
It is a holy listening, a spiritual friendship, and a sacred
journeying to realize a person's innermost truth and soul's
freedom.
It is a process that witnesses and honors this sacred
mystery, and reflects it back in word, prayer, thought,
presence, and action.
